On May 6, the NGO “Armenian Progressive Youth” filed a lawsuit against Konstantin Ter-Nakalyan, the editor-in-chief of the website BlogNews.am, and SHARK LLC, the founder of 5 TV, demanding the retraction of allegedly slanderous statements, apologise for relevant insults, and pay compensation for defamation and the damage caused to business reputation. On May 17, court proceedings on the case were opened.
