During the court session on the case of NGO “Environmental Right" against the Ministries of Natural Protection, Energy Infrastructure and Natural Resources, the judge Argishti Ghazaryan banned journalists from filming the open session, despite neither the plaintiffs nor the defendants being against it. Ghazaryan said that filming “will constrain the running of the session”. After a second motion by the claimant, the judge only permitted the journalist to record audio.
