Vyshinskiy was detained in Kyiv on May 15, and afterward, he was accused of committing the range of crimes, such as state treason, calling for the overthrow of the constitutional order, conspiracy with the aim to overthrow the government, calling to the intentional change of the national borders of Ukraine, inciting international hate, humiliating national pride, and illegal arms possession. On May 17 Kherson city court arrested him until July 13. Later the court prolonged his arrest several times.
