Karen Kocharyan, the host of the reality show Opasnye Svyazi on the TV channel CHE!, was beaten and hospitalised in central Moscow. Kocharyan was talking to a woman that had got in touch with the show on the street. At that moment, her husband ran out of the house, who had been accused of having an affair. Holding a crowbar, he demanded that the recordings from hidden cameras be handed over to him. The man then hit the journalist with the crowbar.
