Mamedli is one of the few journalists collecting and publishing truthful information in Khachmaz and surrounding regions. He was attacked in a municipal building - the municipal chairman beat the journalist, who was investigating a citizen's complaint. The incident occurred while the journalist was live on air. He was not seriously injured.
