On May 25, 2019, the head of the Shirinsky District in the Republic of Khakassia Sergei Zaitsev attacked Ivan Litomin, a correspondent for the TV channel “Russia-24”. Zaitsev shouted at the camera crew, before trying to rip the microphone from Litomin’s hands, grabbing him and through him to the ground shouting “I said get out of here”.
