The Nikulinsky District Court in Moscow placed Ivan Golunov, a Meduza investigative journalist, under house arrest. The investigator asked to send Golunov to a pre-trial detention centre for two months. The Ministry of Internal Affairs suspects him of the attempted sale of drugs on a large scale (Part 3 Article 30, Part 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code).
