A newspaper's editorial board reported that the journalist Irina Yabbarova was threatened by the lead activist of “StopHam” Vitaly Reyutov. Along with accusations that her material was defamatory, the anti-traffic violation activist threatened to "talk elsewhere". Fearing for her life, the journalist turned to law enforcement agencies. "Beginning on 2 March, Vitaly Reyutov repeatedly accused me of defamation in my publication about the Chelyabinsk association “StopHam” on the social network VK”.
