Famil Farkhadoglu, an employee of the news website "unikal.org" was attacked at a ceremony involving the minister for health, when he tried to take a picture of the minister. He was beaten by individuals acting on the minister's orders. His professional equipment was also damaged. Law enforcement agencies took statements from the journalist. Although an investigation was announced, the results of this were not made publicly known.
