The Tverskoy District Court in Moscow deemed lawful a 30,000-rouble administrative fine issued to the editor-in-chief of The New Times magazine Evgeniya Albats. The defence asked to cancel a fine of 22.25 million roubles for the late provision of information about foreign financing of the publication to Roskomnadzor.
