A criminal case was opened against Turkish citizens who violated Azerbaijan’s borders. Without corresponding documents and consent from relevant executive authorities, Turkish citizens Ufuk Uras, Ali Bayramoglu, Said Cekinoglu and Erol Katircioglu crossed the internationally recognized borders of Azerbaijan in order to avoid checkpoints on September 22nd.
