Three people were detained in Red Square, standing in solitary pickets in memory of Natalia Estemirova, who worked for Memorial’s branch in Chechnya, who was killed 10 years ago. Among those detained were Alexander Cherkasov, Svetlana Gannushkina, Elena Milashina. They were later released from the police department with a report on violating rules of holding a public event.
