The editor-in-chief of the Irkutsk Oblast newspaper Vecherniy Bratsk Elena Kutergina was dismissed by the paper’s founder. Kutergina claimed on Facebook that the reason for the dismissal was her intransigent position on the activities of the mayor of Bratsk, Sergei Serebrennikov.
