The journalist received a threatening call. "In the evening at around 20:30-20:50 my phone rang with a number I did not recognise. A man I didn’t know with a very strong Caucasus accent introduced himself as Ramzan and asked if I knew... let's just say a quite important individual in Chelyabinsk Oblast. I said I did. After that, the voice told me that I was poking around in other peoples’ business and should not publish anything (probably about the individual). If I did, Ramzan promised that it would not be difficult for him to come from Chechnya to Chelyabinsk, to find me, and then our meeting would end badly for me, as I would spend the rest of my days in a wheelchair. Afterwards, the voice asked me if I understood what he had said."
