Additional information:
On June 3, protesters for the “VETO” movement insulted Diana Davtyan, a correspondent from 24News. One of them threatened, “be careful when coming out of the office”. According to Diana Davtyan, some forty minutes after the incident a young man was constantly taking photos of her and her colleague, but he was evidently not a journalist, as he had no accreditation. While covering the protest, the website's editor Narek Galstyan instructed the journalist and camerman to stop and called them to the editorial office, then dismissed Diana Davtyan. The editor said she behaved more like an activist than journalist in her professional activity. Davtyan insisted that her dismissal was motivated by the friendly relations between the editor and the head of “VETO”.
