Denis Maruk went to the District Internal Affairs Department to renew his permit for the hunting weapon. As a result, he was beaten by the police officer and fined for petty hooliganism. According to Maruk, the reason was that earlier at one of the protests he showed the middle finger to the policeman with a video camera in civilian clothes.
