On January 24, the former adviser to Armenia's Prime Minister Mesrop Papikyan filed a lawsuit in the Ararat and Vayots Dzor Court of General Jurisdication against Boris Tamoyan, editor of the Politik.am website, seeking compensation for damage to honour and dignity and a public retraction of allegedly slanderous statements. On February 5, the lawsuit was accepted for court proceedings.
