In Moscow, police detained the activist and Rosderzhava correspondent Boris Ivanov. According to Ivanov, the police did not introduce themselves and immediately broke Ivanov's arm. They did not provide a reason for the detention and took his phone. Ivanov was released from the police department after his lawyer arrived. He has not been charged with any offences.
