On July 21st, police officers of the Qo'shko'pir district of the Khorezm region, having come to the house of the Mushtum magazine journalist Boltaboy Matkurbanov in the village of Goziobod, seized his personal laptop and mobile phone without any explanation. The reason for the seizure was contact with the opposition journalist Mahmoud Rajab.
