Tatiana Tsipushtanova, a correspondent for the newspaper "Fontanka.Ru", was illegally detained in the garden of the Winter Palace. Arseny Vesnin, a journalist for the channel “TV Rain”, and photographer David Frenkel, who works for MediaZona, were also detained. All were released without charge.
