The journalist Anna Zakharyan noticed that ballots and election bribes were being was distributed to citizens at the campaign office of Taron Margaryan, a candidate for mayor, at 11/3 Kurghinyan street in Araratyan Massive in the capital. When the journalist tried to film the incident, a young man forcefully seized her cell phone, entered the office and deleted the messages and phone numbers. The journalist was returned her phone after fingerprints were wiped off with a tissue.
