On July 11th, journalists came to the deputy mayor of Satpayev Aigul Tulendina for the receiving of citizens with personal issues to ask journalistic questions about the details of the sale of alcoholic beverages after 11 pm. The deputy mayor promised to investigate and asked the media representatives to leave her office. Suddenly, a social worker A. Shalkarbaeva burst into the office and, striking Zhagiparov and Tsukanov, snatched their video camera and tried to throw it out the window. The incident continued in the waiting room. The journalists managed to get the camera back, but at the cost of injuries which forced them to call an ambulance.
