In St. Petersburg, a woman in one of the publications in "Novye Izvestia” (New News), which exposed the activities of ‘dog-hunters’ (who poison dogs), hit its author on the head with a bottle. She later learned that the journalist was not seriously injured. Then she decided to finish it off at all costs. To do this, she bought an axe and began to come to the house of Andrei Timeskov almost every day, demanding that he go outside. Then the woman began to throw stones and bottles at his windows. After that, she wrote obscene and defamatory inscriptions on the house and drive, accusing the reporter of committing serious sexual crimes.
