Two journalists from “CivilNet.am” suffered from police actions. Tatul Hakobyan said he was filming at the time, and Alina Nikoghosyan said she was hit in the back by police while filming the apprehension of demonstrators near the intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Amiryan Street. After an investigation of the criminal case under Articles 164.3, 308.1 and 309.2 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, it was decided that the journalists were victims.
