Alexey Gavrilov, editor-in-chief of the Karelian branch of the "Just Russia" newspaper “Nam Vsyo Yasno ” (It’s Clear to Us), was accused by investigators of vandalism (Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The investigators ordered his arrest, and he was placed in a pre-trial detention centre. A judge then considered this excessive and released Gavrilov, on the condition that he does not leave the country.
