In Tyumen, police detained the blogger Alexei Kungurov on November 11, as he left home to go to the shop with his daughter. A case was opened by Tyument Oblast’s Centre for Combatting Extremism after he published an article entitled “Is it right to call the Russian people shit?” on his blog.
