Enterprise "IPower" (the customer for the construction of a battery plant near Brest) has filed a claim to the Economic Court of the Brest region to protect its business reputation. Initially, the defendants were members of an initiative group opposing the construction of the plant, who were interviewed by bloggers. During the consideration of the case, the judge decided to make Kabanov and Petrukhin also defendants - at the beginning of the process they were in the status of "third parties". Bloggers were not prosecuted.
