Hearings are being held in the Saryarkin District Court No. 2 in Astana on the charges against civil activist Aidin Yegeubaev under parts 1, 2, 3, article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (libel). The claimants are Batua RETS and its founder, Nurlan Biyadilov. Prosecutors believe that Aidn Yegeubaev intentionally disseminated defamatory information in the media and on internet resources. A.
