On December 5th, the administrative court of Uralsk issued a warning to blogger Aibolat Bukenov "for disobeying the request of a police officer." The blogger was filming at the scene of an accident in which 21-year-old Larisa Beisova was injured. The girl was hit by a police car at a traffic light and is still in a serious condition.
