On February 20, the Service for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Museums and Preservation of the Historical Environment filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the Armenian Times daily newspaper, seeking compensation for emotional damage caused by publishing allegedly slanderous material, and a retraction of the relevant statements. On April 1, the case was accepted for proceedings in court.
