The administrator of the public page "BespredelKG" was arrested for allegedly inciting inter-regional hatred on November 24th. On November 27th, the State Committee of National Security reported his detention to journalists with a press release stating: "[Zhorobekov's posts] divided users into opposing groups, provoked mutually offensive comments, which ultimately stirred up feelings of hatred in people towards each other in the form of incitement to inter-regional discord."
