On the 25th of September investigator's for Georgia's prosecutation service started examining documents confiscated from the publication "Colorpark" belonging to the holding company Palitra Media. The investigators demanded documents and correspondances of the publication from 01/01/2014 ro 11/09/2018. "Despite the fact that we don't understand the purpose of the confiscation of these documents from the company, and despite the fact that we have a right to appeal such an order in an appellate court, we decided to go ahead without appeals or legal difficulties and handed over the demanded information to prosecutors" - said the holding company in a statement.
