The real reason for the site's closure was articles about the level of competence of Tashkent authorities, the Uzbek Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank. The Ministry of Health's nervous reaction was caused by correspondence about the quality of medicines. Due to the anger of high-ranking officials, a publication about the visit of the President of the Russian Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, was deleted on October 2nd. The outlet's main "sin", which did not work for six months, was a published photo of Saida Mirziyayeva, the President's daughter. Komil Allamzhonov, director of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications, of which Saida is the deputy, was outraged by the "ugly" picture.
