On December 27th, Aktobe city court ruled on Irgiz district resident Gulnar Baktybai's claim to protect her honour, dignity and business reputation and compensate for moral damage against the editorial board of the weekly "Kerek.info", the founder of the newspaper "Fest" and Aktobe region resident Aamangos Isashula. The reason for the proceedings was an article dated January 17th 2019, "It all started with five thousand tenge". The material was written about a complaint from Irgiz district resident Aamangos Izashula. The court ruled that the defendants must make a formal apology and pay 120,000 tenge in compensation for moral damages.
