On October 14th, the Karabalyk court held its first court hearing on the claim to protect the honour, dignity and business reputation of the acting director of the Karabalyk district veterinary station, Askar Tulebaev, against the Tobol Info news agency and the veterinary doctor Kymbat Yermukhambetova. He requested that the defendants be obliged to issue a rebuttal and to apologise to him in writing.
