On March 30th, the court of the Medeu District Court in Almaty accepted the claim of the Medeu district prosecutor on recognising the certificate of registration of the analytical Internet portal Ratel.kz as expired, the prohibition of its release and the prohibition of use of the domain names "Ratel.kz" and "Balborsyk.kz." The prosecutor also demands to prohibit the editor-in-chief of "Ratel.kz", Marat Asipov, from "distributing information materials under the name of (from) the publishing house of the Internet portals "Ratel.kz" and "Balborsyk.kz".
