On 20th February, the Yesil District Court of Astana ordered the website Today.kz to publish a rebuttal prepared by civil activist Aydin Yegeubayev in order to comply with the court's decision on the claim for the protection of the honour, dignity and business reputation of the Aktobe region Berdybek Saparbaev. The decision to recognise the information distributed by the blogger on YouTube as untrue, defamatory and subject to a refutation on the Today.kz website was made on 20th October 2016.
