In a lawsuit, the state auditor of the Audit Commission for the Kostanai Region asked the court to recognise information disseminated by Gulzada Bektursynova as defamatory of his honour, dignity and business reputation. The court granted Tulebayev's claim. The plaintiff did not make any demands on the publications.
