On 26th April from around 4am, as a result of unauthorised actions by unknown persons, there were disruptions to the internet resource of the Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Observance of Law (www.bureau.kz). Visitors from Kazakhstan either could not get onto the website, or saw on the site information published no later than October 18th 2016.
