Journalists filed a claim to the police about the self-will of the head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Council public property department. For a week, the head was ignoring journalists' phone calls with the demand to let them inside the municipal building, where the Center of Journalistic Investigations had been renting the office. Earlier somebody changed the locks.
