Additional information:

The website of Charter 97 was blocked (again) by the request of the Ministry of Information. According to the Ministry’s release the website was blocked «for publishing materials containing the information, distribution of which is likely to harm national interests». Besides, the website published articles indicating dates and places of the mass event, which were not authorized, thus violating the Constitution.
