Roskomnadzor blocked access to Fergana's website. The publication was added to a registry of prohibited information. The agency said access to the site was restricted on the evening of October 1. Fergana's editorial board claims that it had not received a warning from Roskomnadzor and was not aware of the reasons for the move.
