The site was blocked without warning after it refused to remove at short notice a note with the word "Putin". The decision from Roskomnadzor came in retrospect with a quote from the law on insulting power and state symbols. The agency referred the decision to the Prosecutor General's Office. On April 13, the site was unblocked.
