The police detained a camera crew from GTRK Sakhalin while working in Okha. The journalist and cameraman drove around the town and talked to locals for a story about improvements in the city. They also captured a house belonging to the mayor of the district Sergei Gusev. Gusev saw this as an attempt to illegally enter the property and called the police, saying that the correspondent had frightened his wife.
