A staff member of the General Administration for Traffic Safety filed a lawsuit against the editorial staff of Kraj.by to defend honour, dignity and business reputation. The reason was two articles published on Kraj.by. The court eventually sided with the plaintiff and ordered the website to release an apology, as well as to pay moral compensation.
