Vyacheslav Davydovich, who recently got released from the prison, filed a claim for the protection of honour and dignity. Defendants - TUT.BY. In the statement of claim, the plaintiff had previously asked to refute and remove some sentences from TUT.BY article that “defame honour, dignity and business reputation”. The court dismissed Davydovich’s claim.
