The company "AAAF Inshaat" filed a lawsuit against 21 news websites for articles featuring the exact same content. The company (plaintiff) demanded that each site pay compensation of 50,000 manat. The lawsuit was connected to information on the 21 sites on the company's conducting of tax reviews. The court rejected the lawsuit. Only the website "olke.az" was required to submit a refutation.
