The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs carried out an investigation into the article "Heroin belongs to the model" published on the website Batenka.ru for containing information that is illegal to distribute. Due to the article containing information aimed at forming a positive image of drug users, the Ministry decided to block it. Roskomnadzor was informed in due course.
