On January 10, Emma Kirakosyan filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of First Instance against the public TV company Armenia CJSC, claiming compensation for the damage to her honour and dignity and demanding a retraction. The reason for the lawsuit was the programme "The Single Window" broadcast on Armenia's Public Television Channel One on December 10, 2018. The plaintiff claimed that the programme contained "false factual information" about her and demanded a public retraction thereof, as well as compensation of 1 million AMD together with the other defendants, namely Dustrik Grigoryan, Karine Ohanyan, Liana and Irena Petrosyan, who were also guests on the programme. On January 23, the lawsuit was accepted for court proceedings.
