On September 26, “News AM” Ltd filed a lawsuit against “Dareskizb” Ltd, the founders of the newspaper “Haykakan zhamanak" after they published an article August 21 entitled “Ararat, Armnews, H2, News.am, Yerkir Media, fakes: which media outlets were “bought” by Kocharyan”. According to the claimant, several statements "News.am” were damaging to its business reputation, demanding compensation of AMD 200 thousand. The claim was accepted for court proceedings on October 26.
